HarborHaus LLC completed a full technology and digital infrastructure deployment for the Miracle restaurant at 29 Main Street, delivering a unified, secure, and future-ready operational platform.
Network & Infrastructure
A segmented enterprise network was designed for full operational separation:
House (core systems)
Team (staff operations)
Guest (public WiFi)
POS (secure payments)
Built on enterprise UniFi infrastructure including the Dream Machine Special Edition and UniFi U7 Pro Max.
POS Security & PCI Alignment
The POS environment was engineered for strict PCI DSS compliance principles, including:
Full VLAN isolation from all other networks
Locked firewall rules limiting payment traffic only
Hidden SSID with controlled device access
Port-level segmentation and enforcement
No lateral access to guest or staff networks
Supporting infrastructure includes structured cabling and UPS-backed resilience with monitoring .
Outcome: A hardened, compliance-ready payment environment with reduced risk exposure.
Digital Infrastructure & Cloud Migration
Beyond on-site systems, HarborHaus delivered a complete digital foundation:
Registered and consolidated all restaurant domains
Migrated domains from multiple registrars into Squarespace for unified management
Migrated all email systems into Google Workspace
Eliminated fragmented ownership and credential risk across platforms
Media & Entertainment Ecosystem
Created a dedicated, centralized media identity for restaurant operations:
Unified Samsung, Sonos, YouTubeTV, and ESPN accounts under a single restaurant-controlled email
Removed dependency on personal owner accounts for operational systems
Streamlined identical structure across the owner’s additional restaurant location
Also included:
Sonos system reset and optimization for multi-zone reliability
Installation of two Samsung “The Frame” displays
Recovery and secure reconfiguration of a locked Reolink RLN8-410 surveillance system
Communications System
Deployed a modern business phone platform using UniFi Talk:
Auto attendant (IVR) for structured call routing
Remote answering capabilities
Staff-facing touchscreen devices using UniFi Phone G2 Touch
