This website is for informational purposes only. The content provided does not constitute professional advice or a contractual agreement for services unless explicitly stated.

Descriptions of services are intended as general summaries. Specific details and pricing will be provided in project proposals or service agreements.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the content on this site but make no guarantees. HarborHaus is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site or its content.

HarborHaus Monitoring Subscription Terms & Conditions

 

1. System Access
The monitoring service requires administrator access to all systems included in your subscription. HarborHaus will configure critical alerts to be sent directly to our service team and will perform weekly remote health and update checks.

 

2. Service During the First 4 Months After Installation
Within the first four months following a HarborHaus installation:

  • On-site service calls for system issues are provided free of charge, except when the problem is caused by damaged equipment, changes to settings not made by HarborHaus, broken wiring, or any issue outside of our responsibility.

  • Malfunctioning equipment will be replaced free of charge within the first four months. Damaged equipment is excluded.

 

3. Service After 4 Months

  • On-site visits will be billed at $295 for the first hour; standard hourly rates apply thereafter.

  • One hour of remote troubleshooting per month is included in the subscription. Additional remote troubleshooting will be billed at $200 per hour.

  • Damaged or malfunctioning equipment will be repaired or replaced based on an estimate provided by our office for parts and labor.

 

4. Service Limitations
HarborHaus reserves the right to refuse service if we determine that any equipment or settings have been tampered with by a third party or by the homeowner.

 

5. Broadband Responsibility
HarborHaus is not responsible for the stability or reliability of your broadband connection. We will, however, assist in identifying and resolving broadband issues in coordination with your service provider.

 

6. Temporary Broadband (LTE Failover)
In the event of a broadband outage, HarborHaus may provide a temporary LTE broadband connection (failover) until your primary connection is restored. Usage charges apply at a rate of $20 per GB. Equipment for failover or temporary replacement (e.g., gateway or console) will be provided free of charge for up to 10 business days.

 

7. Cancellation & Billing
Billing begins on the day you subscribe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
