Project Overview

This Sag Harbor home underwent a complete connectivity transformation across two visits. During phase one, we retired legacy coax-based broadband, removed all cable boxes, and switched the property to high-speed fiber, instantly eliminating $2,500 per year in cable fees. We simplified the media experience with YouTube TV and hardwired key devices
In phase two, we returned to elevate the home with next-generation UniFi networking, 4K security, and a cinema-grade audio upgrade.

• Switched the home from coax to fiber broadband (saving $215/month)
• Removed all cable boxes — migrated TVs to YouTube TV
