HarborHaus designed and deployed a complete network and audio infrastructure upgrade for Sagtown Coffee, replacing legacy consumer-grade equipment with a modern, business-class solution engineered for reliability, security, and scalability.

Network Infrastructure
The existing environment consisted of multiple aging routers connected directly to the ISP modem using separate static IP assignments, creating operational complexity and contributing to recurring connectivity issues affecting both point-of-sale (POS) systems and online ordering platforms.

HarborHaus replaced the existing network with a Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Wall (UDW), providing enterprise-grade routing, firewall, switching, and wireless management through a single centralized platform. The installation also included dual UniFi 5G Max cellular gateways, providing the foundation for connectivity redundancy and business continuity.

Audio & Entertainment Systems
HarborHaus removed the existing first-generation Sonos player, legacy commercial amplifier, and wall-mounted analog volume controls and replaced them with a modern, app-controlled multi-zone audio platform.

t the heart of the new system is a Soundavo WS66i 6-Zone Streaming Amplifier, allowing independent control of multiple audio zones throughout the café from a mobile device or tablet. The system is paired with a Sonos Port network streaming player, providing seamless access to commercial music streaming services and existing Sonos integrations.

App-based volume and source control

AirPlay, Spotify Connect, DLNA, and network audio support
Centralized audio management
Expandable architecture for future audio zones and sources
To support evening events and special programming, HarborHaus also integrated a low-latency wireless audio transport system, allowing DJs and performers to connect directly to the house audio system without running physical audio cables. This provides maximum flexibility for live events while maintaining professional-quality audio distribution throughout the venue.
